Mirrorless Still Camera Information
Below are some mirrorless SLR cameras and their pros and cons for use in skydiving freefall, B.A.S.E., and Paragliding. I pay close attention to weight, burst speed, and if there is a remote jack available.
HYPOXIC's Thoughts:
Good specs, inexpensive, works ok with the USB shutter release. Cool Wifi features, slow lag time. |
Great camera but need to hardwire the shutter release jack. Expensive. Pancake 16mm lens available |
Just a bit slower than the NEX7 but still an amazing camera. Too bad no shutter release jack |
Inexpesive still camera solution for skydiving. I would love to see someone jump with this. Very minimal lag time. |
Time will tell if they come out with a USB shutter release system. |
