The HyPeye and HyPeye Mini is sold by Get Hypoxic LLC with a no-questioned-asked warranty. Shall the HyPeye or HyPeye Mini ever function improperly, please contact us for a replacement.
In the case where the HyPeye or HyPeye Mini does not work with your camcorder, please check the dealers' return policy. If sold directly, please contact us. We only support the video cameras listed on our compatibility list as found on our website (www.gethypoxic.com).
For warranty service please contact us for arrangements. If the warranty is found to apply, Get Hypoxic LLC may replace the faulty unit with a refurbished unit.
